Are you looking for a Lenten Retreat opportunity?

The Art of Holy Week: Finding Meaning in the Space Between Celebration:
Friday, March 15th at 6pm – Sunday, March 17th at Noon
The Reverend Ken Hitch, Retreat Leader; The Reverend Lisa Ransom, Chaplain

Are you looking for a Retreat opportunity this Lent. Well, look no further than Rock Point and this wonderful retreat opportunity sponsored by the program committee of the Rock Point Board. Here is more information and a link to all the registration details. Be good to yourself this Lent. Nourish your spirit.

Palm Sunday we shout “Hosanna!” Easter we shout “Alleluia!” Traveling from Sunday to Sunday, from Hosanna to Alleluia, we miss the space between our celebrations. For each of the four sessions during this retreat, we will consider the space between, as we focus our attention on the art of Holy Week.

Through images and art, poetry and music, through the senses, we will once again reach to reclaim and find meaning in the days between Hosanna and Alleluia. How do these images continue to haunt us? What secret is to be shared in the silence, as we look upon them with fresh eyes?

Leader – The Rev. Kenneth Hitch, Rector of St. James Church, Essex Junction
