Getting to Jay Peak: According to their website, if you are using a map to navigate your way to Jay, the physical address is 830 Jay Peak Road, Jay, VT. For those using GPS they suggest using 1144 Access Road, Jay, VT as your location address.
We have learned from the Hotel that check-in is not until 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 31st. Until you have access to your room you may leave your belongings in your car, or the hotel will be happy to secure them for you.
You must be checked out of your room before 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 1st. We recommend that you check out between breakfast and the start of the worship service.

There are a limited number of rooms available at Jay’s Stateside Hotel. The Stateside is about 1 mile from the Convention Center and is serviced by a hotel shuttle. The rooms have either 1 king bed or 2 queen beds and the price is $106.33 per night. If you wish to purchase the Splash & Play Package the nightly room charge is $149.92.
If you prefer, you may drive your own vehicle rather than using the shuttle. Or, if it’s a nice day you may want to walk!

Splash and Stay Rates – The occupancies listed above determine the rates for Splash and Stay. Splash and Stay rates will fluctuate depending on how many adults and how many Youth (age 4 – 14) are in the unit. When booking a Splash and Stay, the Pump House access is included for everyone in the room for the entire length of stay.
Please call Jay Peak Reservations at 1.800.451.4449 and inform the Reservation Agent of the group name Episcopal Diocese of Vermont. Be sure to clarify all room needs with Jay Peak Reservations Staff. Then book the room(s) accordingly and present a credit card, which will be processed for a 50% deposit upon the time of booking remaining 50% room revenue is due at the time of check-in.
Reservation Cancelation Policy
- 14 days prior to the arrival date $25 penalty
- Within 14 days of the arrival date forfeit the 50% deposit.
Room Descriptions:
Standard rooms have a single king bed or 2 twin beds, TV, coffee maker, Wi-Fi and full bathroom. Sleeps max of 2.
Studio rooms have either a queen and a sleeper sofa or two queen beds, a kitchenette including a microwave, mini range, mini fridge and coffee maker, full bathroom, fireplace, TV and Wi-Fi. Sleeps max of 4.
One Bedroom Suites have a separate bedroom with king bedding, a queen sleeper sofa and some units have a Murphy bed in the living room, fireplace, TV, Wi-Fi, full kitchen and one full bath. Sleeps max of 6 depending on bedding in unit.
Two Bedroom Suites have a master bedroom with king bedding and master bath, second bedroom with either bunk beds and twin or single queen bedding, some units have a murphy bed, large living area, fireplace, TV, Wi-Fi, full kitchen, common bathroom. Sleeps max of 8 depending on bedding in unit.
