Vermont Interfaith Power and Light’s annual conference will be on Sat., Sept. 27, 2014 at Grace United Church of Christ in Rutland. The Rev. Dr. Jim Antal, the Conference Minister and President of the Massachusetts Conference, United Church of Christ and a climate activist, will give the Keynote speech and will lead a workshop on divestment. Other workshops include Net Zero Energy; Theological Foundations for Creation Care; and Action Steps for Congregations. The conference also includes lunch, music by the Spoon Mountain Singers, conference sponsors’ displays, a book fair, and more.
