Grants, Loans Available for Vermont Mission Initiatives as May 19 Application Deadline Draws Near
So far this year, the Grants and Loans Committee of the Episcopal Church in Vermont has provided $22,000 in grants and $30,000 in loans to support mission initiatives across the diocese. The Committee plans to make discretionary awards several times this year and invites members, parishes, and diocesan institutions to apply.
Applications for consideration in the next round of distributions are due by May 19!

Requests for funding can be made in the following categories:
- Program Innovation
- Local Mission Project
- Leadership Development
- Outreach/Social Justice Project
- Global Mission Project
- Building Maintenance
- Building Remodel Project
- New Building/Addition Project
Other requests consistent with the mission and priorities of the Diocese may also be considered.
In addition to the approaching May 19 cutoff, the remaining deadlines to submit a grant or loan application this year are July 21, September 15, and November 17.
