Our diocesan delegation to the 2017 Episcopal Youth Event, being held this summer in Oklahoma, gathered in Montpelier on June 10. What a great group of seven youth and two adult sponsors (including Jack Karn who joined by Skype from Jerusalem). Bishop Thomas Ely was there as well.During Lent and beyond, the youth of Christ Church Montpelier filled jars with cotton balls for every act of kindness they performed—as a reminder that God sent Jesus to serve everyone, and he calls us to do the same. They used the cotton balls to make a Pentecost Dove.
