Update on Certifications and Re-certifications
As a reminder, if you serve in the Episcopal Church, either as staff or volunteer, you may be required to be “Safer Church” certified. The Episcopal Church in Vermont offers a 6-hour Basic Training Certification Program for all who serve the church. A half-day Recertification Training is offered for all those who have completed the Basic Training within the last five years and is required every three years.
