Greetings:
Working with our Bishop, the other members of the diocesan Ministry Support Team, and the people of Vermont is a joy. My ministry in Vermont’s Episcopal Church is a labor of love. The days are full as I respond to questions and concerns from church leaders, connect with congregations seeking new clergy partnership and clergy discerning a new ministry for themselves, provide oversight of diocesan administration, work closely with Diocesan Council and other leadership bodies, oversee our Safe Church program, receive and respond to Title IV disciplinary matters, meet with clergy new to our diocese and those serving in interim positions, provide coaching and facilitation in times of conflict…. No two days are ever the same!
