A new stock of calendars has arrived at Hopkins Bookshop, including planning calendars, pocket calendars, liturgical appointment calendars, lesson calendars, and coming soon, wall calendars color-coded by season. On the Bookshop’s recommended reading list is Joyce Rupp’s Boundless Compassion (along with a prayer book of the same title) and Rachel Held Evans’s Inspired. New books from Church Publishing include Colette Potts’s Love First: A Children’s Ministry for the Whole Church, Faithful Celebrations edited by Sharon Ely Pearson, Planning for Rites and Rituals: A Resource for Episcopal Worship, Nurya Love’s Resurrection Matters: Church Renewal for Creation’s Sake, and Jake Owensby’s Your Untold Story: Tales of a Child of God.

Individuals gearing up for Diocesan Convention are encouraged to pick up Kit Carlson’s Speaking Our Faith, this year’s Convention reference. Clergy preparing for their October 4 Racial Reconciliation Clergy Day are encouraged to pick up Tim Wise’s White Like Me.
