Franklin Grand Isle Habitat for Humanity Seeks Volunteers
ST. ALBANS, VT – Franklin Grand Isle Habitat for Humanity (Habitat) is in need of volunteers to help with construction of 2 single story ranch style homes on Huntington Street in St. Albans. Preliminary groundwork has begun and hopefully actual construction will follow. Habitat welcomes individuals and groups from any place of business, church, school or other civic organization.
Habitat volunteers will be working on Saturdays, weather permitting, typically from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM.
Habitat is in need of all skill levels in the following trades: Framing, sheathing, shingle roofing, installing windows and doors, insulating, siding, installing drywall, painting, doing interior trim, installing flooring and cabinets, or performing general labor.
