In this video, Mark Hughes, Executive Director, Justice For All, and Coordinator, Vermont Racial Justice Alliance, presents to the Diocesan Council of The Episcopal Church in Vermont on his work with the Vermont Racial Justice Alliance and, in particular, on a proposal currently in the Vermont Senate Committee on Government Operation regarding the removal of references to slavery from the Vermont Constitution.
