SHELBURNE, VT – On Sunday, June 2, Trinity Episcopal Church will be hearing from three students of Champlain Valley Union High School (CVU) about their experiences securing permission to display the Black Lives Matter flag at CVU. The three students, who are members of CVU’s Racial Alliance Committee, will be speaking at the 10:30 a.m. service. Following the service, the guest speakers will engage the congregation in an interactive exercise to deepen participants’ understanding of issues around racial reconciliation.
