First Call to the 2019 Diocesan Convention

By Joshua Cheney | Secretary of Convention

First Call to Convention

This is the first call to all delegates, alternates, and other members of the Diocesan family to the Annual Convention of The Episcopal Church in Vermont. This year’s Convention is a one-day event, which will include worship and our business meeting. The convention will be held at the Hilton Hotel in Burlington, Vermont on Saturday, October 26.

This announcement contains important information concerning the Convention and the business to be undertaken. There will be a substantial amount of information that will be sent directly to delegates and alternates, by email, in a rather short period of time. (Delegates and alternates, please keep in mind that though there will be a large volume of information sent to you, it is important information for you to familiarize yourself with as a delegate or alternate.)

How to Register for Convention

Please use the link HERE to access the on-line registration.

Convention Registration Cost

$40.00 per person, which includes lunch. Please note the Hilton Hotel does not allow outside food in the hotel. Additionally, there is no cost reduction if you opt not to have lunch.
