In January, Bishop Shannon distributed the report of a Mission Leadership Review conducted by the Rev. Gay Clark Jennings late last year. The review, a standard feature of a bishop’s letter of agreement with her diocese, draws on interviews with 48 diocesan leaders to assess our diocese’s shared ministry, opportunities for growth, and challenges to be addressed. The full report is extensive; a one-page matrix of its findings is also available.
The Rev. Gay Clark Jennings facilitated the first of three town halls on Zoom on February 17. She will facilitate two additional meetings to discuss the Mission Leadership Review report in March. These meetings will take now take place on Zoom rather than in person:
