The Clergy Compensation Guide for 2026 is available for all congregations with questions regarding compensation and benefits. It includes guidelines for compensation full-time, part-time, and supply clergy as well as information on health insurance.
The Minimum Clergy Compensation rates for 2026 were adopted at the 2025 Diocesan Convention. Download the resolution.
Health and Dental Insurance
The recommended insurance plans for 2026 are available in the Clergy Compensation Guide.
