The Brookhaven Treatment and Learning Center provides quality clinical and educational programming for youth ages 6 to 14 with emotional/behavioral disturbances and learning difficulties. The Center is based in Chelsea, VT.
Trustees oversee the center and advise staff on organizational matters.
